Return & Shipping Policy

Return Policy:

Update to our Return/Exchange Policy: Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 until further notice we will not be able to accept exchanges and/or returns on ANY items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this new "normal" and  ensure everyones safety. 


We are so sorry your order didn't work out for you. But thankfully, we have many other styles that could work out even better for you. You may return any unworn, undamaged, unwashed item with the tags still on within 7 days of your order shipping date. If your return is approved, we will issue you a
store credit. Anything bought “On Sale” will be final sale, and will not be eligible to be returned and or exchanged. 

If, upon receipt of your merchandise, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please submit a claim via e-mail to info@southernequestrianlife.com Claims are handled on a case by case basis. If
the return is a result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) A pre-paid return label will be issued if necessary.

You should expect to receive your credit within 10 to 13 business days of sending your package to our warehouse. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-4 business days), and the time it takes for our returns department to review and credit (1 to 2 business days).

Shipping for Retail Customers:

All orders placed by 3pm EST will ship within 4-6 business days. We can ship to any location in the United States. Please note, at this time we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date
estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be
rounded up to the next full pound. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number that can used to track your package.
